As most shipping methods are not air-conditioned, it is possible for certain products to arrive in a liquefied state during the summer months. If this occurs, there is no need to worry: simply place the product in the refrigerator or freezer for a few hours to allow it to solidify. Once solidified, it can be used and stored at room temperature.

*Please note that, with our handcrafted products, you may observe variations in color due to the use of herbs, oils, butters, and essential oils. Each product is unique. Shipping can sometimes be rough, so exercise caution when opening jars, bottles, or other packaging. If any separation occurs, simply stir or shake the product before use if the product permits.
